Builder story

Why I built DJ Assist

Why DJ Assist?

My name is Pavel. I'm a software engineer and an avid amateur DJ.

I've been spinning MP3 files in my bedroom for many years, and more recently I started spinning in other people's bedrooms as well.

I realized I had a huge collection of music and wanted a better way to organize it, while also making it easier to build musically interesting and technically accurate DJ sets.

DJ Assist is my attempt to solve that problem for myself, and I hope it might be useful for you too.

It's a completely free tool. Have a look, try it in your own workflow, and maybe it will help make your sets better too.
